Course Summary

Welcome... In this class, the goal is for the student to become more proficient in the language that Allah (SWT) chose to reveal His final revelation. We will be spending a considerable amount of time studying the correct pronunciation, also known as Makharij, of the Quran with Tajweed. We will use the 'Easy Tajwid' text by Maulana Kaleemullah Hussaini, and gain a thorough and in-depth understanding on proper attributes of every letter, and the importance and obligation upon every individual to recite the Blessed Book with Tajwid, and learn that Tajwid is not an option, it is mandatory upon each and everyone of us to learn and apply these rules during our recitation.
